Flight Activities Officer (FAO)

The FAO console is used by the Flight Activities Officer to monitor the mission status and manage the overall mission flight plan. The Flight plan is a series of check list times for both the crew and mission controllers to perform. The FAO can check off each item as it is completed and record the Mission Elapse Time when the item was done.
