Pipe Dreams History

Pipe Dreams came from a conversation with Norm Eder on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2007.  Norm suggested that we develop a game to let people experinece the complexities of the wastewater treatment business.  Pipe Dreams is the outgrowth of this idea and is based on the current wastewater treatment situation in Clackamas County, Oregon.  However, the location, service areas, people and data are fictional does not represent any real world location, agency, people, or situation. This simulation is not intended to be a predictor of future wastewater rates, projects, or costs.  It is just a simulation and nothing else.
